Manifesting (continued)

You are beginning to do well with changing your thought patterns. However, there is more.
The reason so many people have difficulty with positive thinking is that they think that is the end of it. They create fantasies like a Cinderella story and then slump back into their old patterns of thinking out of frustration.
First of all, you cannot give up. Persistence is the key word here. You must continuously monitor your thoughts. Constantly nip negative ones in the bud and replace them with believable, higher-frequency thoughts. You cannot just think, "Cancel, Delete," because no energy is ever lost. You must have a higher-frequency thought to push out the lower-frequency, negative energy of the old thought.
It must be believable because, if your subconscious is not convinced, it will not partner up with your conscious mind to create the conditions allowing you to experience positive change. For example, if you are thinking that you want to have all the money that Donald Trump has, your subconscious will know that deep down you really only feel capable of handling $50,000. The conscious and subconscious thoughts both cancel out as they are not compatible with each other.
Examine your beliefs and values to find resources of positive thinking. Teach yourself to accept that you truly only feel able to deal with a certain amount of money or a certain level of relationship - at this moment. Once you own that, you free yourself to move on and move up. You can build upon those levels of acceptance.
And that, briefly, is what persistence is about.
Any Angels, Guardians, and Guides can help you with persistence. A few particular ones are Archangel Uriel, Noah, Moses, Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce, and Lugh, a Celtic god of Harvest.
To be continued...
