You cannot deny that there are things going on all around us that seem to make life a hell on earth. We have technology that allows us to have instantaneous data from almost any place or any person on the planet. Most of the information is about events that shock or sadden us. It is not too often that we here of something good happening or an act of kindness that an individual has performed.
Unfortunately, the news that gets our attention is the cry for help, the disaster, or the injustice. We will hear about the earthquake in Haiti before we hear about the majestic sunrise over the beautiful mountains of Kona, Hawai’i. We will hear about disasters in the world and in personal relationships before we hear the words, “Oh, something wonderful happened today! Let me tell you about it.”
This is true and it is happening everywhere. You can decide, though, how you want to respond to events. You can choose to tune into your heart and your Angels. You can allow the outer world to have its place and space while you choose to remain calm, relaxed, and confident with your inner sovereignty.
The point is not to deny the existence of fateful occurrences. This is not it at all. You certainly can acknowledge whatever is happening without becoming so wrapped up in it emotionally that you lose your sense of self. Concede to what is without dwelling on issues. If you can help, do so compassionately. If you cannot offer assistance, bless it and let it go.
Remember to live in the moment. Live now. Attempting to live in the future or living in memories of the past robs you of life moving through you. You only have this moment. It is a gift, that is why it is called the present. Ask your Infinite Angels to help you stay in the moment. Breathe in this moment as good and secure for you. Check in with your heart to feel the comfort and love living resiliently within you and share this with others.
Do not bury this moment in the future or the past. Do not be afraid to live.

CIRCLES OF LOVE
One of my favorite meditations of all time is one that I learned from David Carson. He is a medicine teacher and you can find out more information about him at
http://www.medicinecards.com/ . This meditation is from a recording called “Medicine Songs”, which is on cassette tape. I could not find it on CD or iPod, but you may be able to locate a copy from a secondary bookseller.
This is my version of the meditation. I encourage you to experience the original version if you can obtain a copy.
It is good to practice this meditation in nature or a quiet place where you are comfortable and will not be disturbed. Call in your Angels, Guardians, and Guides to increase your ability to feel their grounding presence.
You begin by relaxing and centering yourself in your body. Release all other cares and concerns by concentrating on your breathing. Follow your breath into your heart center. Follow the life force through your nostrils and down your throat to your lungs surrounding your heart. Allow the beauty of the oxygen to flow around your chest and enliven your being. Remember to breathe throughout this meditation – long, slow, deliberate breaths.
Move to the center of your heart-space. Feel the light and warmth in the very center of this sacred space. Allow this divine light to grow and expand until it fills your body then, allow it to grow a little more to fill the space around you.
Feel the sacred warmth and light within and surrounding you. Allow this feeling to grow and expand into your environment. Feel the sacred energy move into the room, your home, or the land you are presently sitting on. Feel it become strong, loving and protective. Feel secure in this sacred energy. Be with this energy for a moment and feel it strengthen and expand.
Let this sacred energy from your heart move out and extend to your neighborhood and community. Feel it strengthen. Feel its warmth and security. Feel the radiance of love and compassion as the sacred energy moves into the surrounding city, state, and nation. Bask in this divine energy for a moment. Breathe in the loving-kindness of this power. Allow this exquisite energy to bless all that it encompasses.
Feel this sacred energy emanating from the center of your heart space to grow and expand to move around the entire planet. Let the benevolent energy touch every tree, animal, rock, insect, fish, bird, building, vehicle, and human. Let the blessing grow and expand to fill every molecule and atom, even in the subatomic spaces in between the atoms’ components. Imagine that you can see yourself from outer space and you can see the visible light moving around the beautiful earth like a tender blanket of safety.
Breathe and let this energy expand to encompass the moon, the sun, and all the planets in the solar system. This is now your neighborhood. This is your sacred space. Bless this space with gentleness and affection. Keep breathing and expanding your heart energy to move out past the solar system to include the universe and beyond.
Allow the blessings to multiply, expand on their own and move back toward you.
Teach yourself to hold this expanded energy so that, little by little, in the manner in which you learn anything, you become strong in this sacred energy of the Circle of Love. Ask your Angels, Guardians, and Guides to assist you in holding this sacred space of love and light. You will love to live in this energy where the smallest creation is sacred.

WHAT IF?
My mind was in an inquisitive state recently and I just started asking myself questions beginning with, “What if?”
For example, “What if we were all one, big soul before the ‘big bang’?” Would that mean we were once not separated? Could that be the reason scientists are searching (and have been for a hundred years) for the answer to the unification theory?
Perhaps we recognize ourselves in others because we were once them. Psychiatrists claim that we see in others a reflection of ourselves. Maybe this relates to more than personality. Perhaps it is recognition of a soul connection.
Ancient teachings say that we became individuated souls. From what? It must have been one, ginormous soul. Did it all become individuated or did some of it remain in a huge conglomeration to take care of the rest of us? If this is the case, are the parts as big as the whole, or does it even matter?
If that were true, and I am not saying it is – I am just speculating, could that be how we were created from God’s image?
What if we were all one, big soul? That would mean that you are me and I am you. How could I be against you, knowing that? How could you be against me with this understanding? Could this be the ancient truth that will bring peace to the planet?

GATEWAY
We live in a world of symbolism. This third dimension inundates us with constant data input that we must make sense of with how it pertains to our own life. The fact is that you are reading this discourse right now. The symbolism (what it means in your life and to you in particular) is whatever you perceive it to be for you. Everyone’s perceptions are just a little bit different because all humans are the same in uniquely different ways.
Some symbols, omens, and signs are archetypal. That means that they have much the same meaning for most everyone. For example, the goddess, Venus, is an archetypal representation of any female energy that exhibits exquisite beauty, grace, softness, radiance, warmth, sensuality, and attractiveness. The opposing side of that archetypal coin would be the god, Aries. Aries is the example of male energy that exhibits protection, strength, power, might, force, potency, and aggressiveness.
Modern symbols include traffic signs such as an X to indicate a railroad crossing ahead or a circle with a diagonal line from one edge of the circumference to the other, which indicates that a certain action, such as parking your car or smoking, is prohibited in that area. Another example is a sign with binoculars painted on it that tells you that a certain spot is a good place to observe wildlife.
Numerologically, today - this day 1/11/2011, is the symbol of a Gateway. I believe (and you must make your own determination) that this is the last gateway into the promise of higher vibrational frequencies for the Universe. This is the last gateway of the many that we have experienced since the Harmonic Convergence in 1987. We have felt Gaia’s axis shift, volcanic eruptions of Mt. St. Helen, the cleansing power of hurricanes and countless earthquakes.
Those of us who are privileged to be alive in a physical body on the planet today are moving through the final gateway into 2012.
Everything about us – our being, our bodies, our minds, and our heart energies – is more potent than at any other time in recent history.
It is more important than ever to stay connected to Source through your Infinite Angels. Ask them to come and live with you. Connect with your Ascended Masters, Guardians, and Guides as well as your Angels. Ask them for guidance to move you gently through the next step in your evolution. Ask them to protect you even more strongly than they have in the past. Ask them to remind you often to ask good questions that will benefit you and help you to get the most out of life.
Most of all, ask them to help you to open your heart energy to feel the love that Creator and all of Creation has for you. Ask them to help you to embrace the peace that resides in the Divine Light of God that is in your center. Go to your center often through self-hypnosis, meditation, and contemplation.

THE QUICKENING
Here it is; we are in the year 2011. It seems like just last week it was the year 2000! The world really is speeding up. NASA scientists have had to re-adjust the atomic clocks to compensate for the Earth’s increased axial revolutions. We have instant knowledge from the other side of the planet with social interconnectivity. People trust their intuition more because they are experiencing rapid results in their life.
It is an empirical fact that evolution occurs exponentially. This means that when a form evolves on Earth, it evolves from the knowledge gained rather than from an initial starting point. This is a Quickening. This is what all life is experiencing now.
For example, a mouse that has learned to navigate a maze in an experimental laboratory will pass this evolutionary knowledge to its descendants through its DNA. The knowledge of mazes is passed on to following generations of mice. Consecutive generations will conquer simple mazes more quickly than mice bred from parents that never experienced navigating a maze in the lab.
Evolutionary leaps within the human form are occurring at breakneck speeds. Ancient texts and wisdom teachers have always known that humans are remarkable and have unlimited power to create. In the past, controlling powers and governments have attempted to suppress the knowledge of human capability and the amazing process of evolution. They have distracted us by engaging our attention in wars and fear.
Divine Light always prevails and now we are consciously aware that we are aware. Technology has caught up with ancient wisdom and scientists have proven that people can see auras, can communicate telepathically, can exhibit astonishing feats of strength, can heal spontaneously, and can accomplish an infinite number of achievements.
Ask your Infinite Angels to help you keep in mind your unlimited potential. You can especially call upon Angel Metatron and Ascended Master St. Germain to help you transform lower vibrating energies into higher frequencies. Ask Archangel Michael to help you cut through all of the sensationalism that is rampant in the media today.
