Develop an Attitude of Gratitude

It is easy to be grateful when things are going well for you. These days, with unemployment in the double digits throughout most of States & considering the hardships people are facing in other countries, it can be difficult to find much for which to be thankful.
Let me help you a little. If you are reading this, be grateful for your eyes, your hands & fingers, & access to a computer or a friend sharing this with you.
You are breathing so say, "Thank you!" You woke up on the green side of the grass(even if you are in the desert) today, that's great! Even if you are in pain (if you are, I'm sorry & I pray the Angels give you peace & comfort), you can still be grateful for one more moment.
There is sky; there is air; there is sun; there is water. In the midst of horrible things going on around you, you can go into your heart, invite the Angels in & allow them to embrace you with love & affection.
This is an exercise I have practiced for years & it can get you looking forward to the day. When you wake up each morning, name 10 things for which you are grateful. You may come up with more than that, but at least 10 things.
Look for beauty; you will find it. Look for love; you will connect with it. See the beauty in all things & you will discover your attitude of gratitude.
