Are you a Leader? Being a leader encompasses many different facets. A leader doesn’t say, “My way or the highway.” A leader says, “How can we do this better together.” A leader says, “I’ll go first,” rather than, “Follow me.” Many times, a leader says nothing. This is one of the best kinds of leaders, one who leads by example.
Most people want all of the attention, glory, and praise that a leader gets, but they do not want to do the work or own the responsibility. Many organizations and institutions (such as government) have created schemes and processes that perpetuate the dependence of the populace upon the systems. This is unnatural and so the systems break down because they actually repress our independence to make us dependent on the system.
It is at that point that individuals might want to stand up and think for themselves to take care of themselves. There are many ways of regaining our real freedom to think, pray, and do for ourselves that do not rely on systems, organizations, or government, and that are legal, ethical, and moral. This is freedom of the soul.
You can plant a garden. Even if you only have one tomato plant in a pot on your window sill, at least it is yours and you can nurture it and see that it is good. You can use your free time to clean up your neighborhood, pick up broken glass so that the children do not cut themselves, and pick up rotting garbage so the insects don’t breed. That does not even cost you money.
It is the little things you do that make you a leader; it is the things you do that you do not wait for someone else to do for you that are moral, upright, and helpful. It is a path that you can start on today or move farther along. It is how you create a beautiful world around you - your beautiful world where all is well.
Once you make that decision, Infinite Angels will surround you and move through you to assist. You will find your world getting better and better because others will see you. You will become a leader by example.
