Seeding

I have a wonderful son (in-law). He once told me an interesting real-life story about a man who practices the philosophy of seeding. This is, of course, the “What you sow, you shall reap” philosophy. Often, it seems that ancient teachings are not applicable in our daily lives. This man’s practice disproves that mistaken assumption.

First, some background information. My son works as a skilled automotive technician at a car dealership in North Carolina. The owner was at the helm, running the business for many years.

The service department of the dealership had a steady business. The first half of the week would be busy with Thursday and Friday a little slower. I do not know what the numbers were for the sales department. Anyway, the father chose to step back a little, giving the reins of running the business to his son. This is where it gets interesting.

Paul noticed business in the service department beginning to pick up. After just a couple of months, he commented that he was booked three weeks in advance in the service department. Of course, he was thrilled because this was recently, about the time the economy began its downswing.

I asked him what he thought was bringing in the extra business. Paul said that he thought it was because his new boss was seeding the business.

Paul watched him one day, throwing pennies into the parking lot of the dealership & asked the new boss what he was doing. The man explained that he was seeding – throwing pennies into the lot where people shopping for new cars would be walking & looking around. He said people would find a penny & think; this must be my lucky day. I should buy a car here!

Paul thought that it was not only lucky for the car sales, but also for the service department. Hence, the appointment book was filled for weeks in advance.

Perhaps this man was tuned in to his Infinite Angels & followed their helpful guidance. Perhaps he thought of the idea all on his own. Either way, you can ask your Angels, Guardians, & Guides to help you with projects such as seeding so that you can reap the benefits of this abundant Universe!
