INTUITION

Intuition is about taking action. Over the years, many people have told me that they do not have insight or intuition. Everyone has this capacity; they are just unaware of it or have repressed it for so long that it has become like an unused muscle that has atrophied from non-use.

Everyone has intuition. Animals have this capacity. In animals, we call it instinct. Animals live in the moment. They can instantly assess a situation and take immediate action. This is the key – taking action. If you do not take action, your intuition is no more useful than a rusty tool buried in the shed for years.

By taking action upon your intuitive insights, you plug yourself into the flowing grid of information of the universe. This allows you to gain the correct information for whatever you are processing now. It no longer matters what you were processing last year or last month or ten minutes ago. It does not matter what you will be processing next week.

You can only live NOW and your insights must offer you constantly updated information that is appropriate and usable for your particular situation.

You can begin to wake-up and work your intuition muscle in several ways. You can get quiet and meditate, knowing that intuition is often expressed in whispers. You must be quiet and focused as if you are intently interested in a conversation with your best friend that you are having in a noisy, crowded airport. You can observe your environment, including your body, which will offer you clues as to what insights are currently important for you.

You can ask your infinite Angels, Guardians, and Guides to help you to reconnect with that subtle energy that guides you instantly. You must make the commitment to follow your guidance and take appropriate action to better your condition.

As you continue to follow your intuition, it will get stronger and better defined. You will find yourself with new and greater opportunities manifesting in your life.

Infinite Blessings from your Infinite Angels.

HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO! NEW BOOK RELEASE!

An excerpt from my new book:

~Getting yourself to a state of awareness can be confusing. How do you start? Where do you go? Hopefully, you will find some answers as you read this. You do not have to do it all by yourself, though. There are therapists and support groups. Some are specialized, others are open and anyone can talk about their problems.
There are specialized support groups called ECap groups. ECap stands for Exceptional Cancer Patients. Dr. Bernie Siegel, a medical physician and author well known for his books on helping patients heal and survive cancer, began the first ECap group in 1977 with a dozen women patients. The groups have grown and evolved and are now offered to anyone who has problems that need support. You may also find local groups that are extremely helpful.
An important point to remember is that you are not alone. If you feel that way, consider joining a support group or even a prayer group in which you can be with other people. Choose a group that you really resonate with, not just a crowd of people. Sometimes, a crowd can be a very lonely place.

A wonderful action you can learn from being in a group is to say the word NO. Research has found that the first time many cancer patients have ever said NO is after they were diagnosed with cancer. All of their life was previously spent in acquiescing to others wishes, doing for others, and caring for others. It is almost as if their subconscious or the Universe says, “Stop. You have cancer… now, say NO.” It is as if they need a reason to say NO.
A group can help you see that, if you this is the way you have been, and help you learn to take care of yourself. Dr. Siegel calls it carefrontation. You, in turn, will do that service for others in the group. You will also remember and turn to your friends in the group when you get embroiled in your daily patterns. Knowing that they are available to turn to will give you energy and strength.

You do not have to say YES to every request. You can give yourself permission to take a vacation or a night out. You can tell the neighbor or the store clerk NO. It can be fun to practice. Give up the idea that you may be unliked – who cares?
First, ask yourself if the request is something you really want to fulfill; is it something that you truly want to do? If it is, do it. Do what makes you happy. If it is not something you want to do, say NO. That can make you happy, too. You will find that the person who made the request will quickly and easily find a way to fulfill that request without burdening you. Let that be okay.

A wonderful practice that evolved from the ECap groups involves artwork as a medium to explore your inner space. Dr. Siegel tells a story that he learned from another physician of a young, vibrant man who had his leg amputated to save his life. Initially, the patient drew a picture of himself as a cracked, defective vase. With group work and therapy, he finished his self-portrait two years later as rays of sunshine streaming through the crack in the vase.

Carl Jung was a proponent of drawing from the inner space, the soul. He used indigenous teachings of specialized drawings called Mandala. Jung’s patients learned about their inner mind and their subconscious from creating therapeutic Mandalas.
Mandalas are usually pictures drawn within a circle, often with four direction lines dividing the circle into north, south, east, and west. Jung believed the circle represented life with no beginning and no end. The pictures in the different directions are symbols of the subconscious and inner life. 3
Anything that you draw representing your inner consciousness can be helpful. You may not understand fully at first. Draw it anyway. Look for the significance in the drawing as a symbolism of what it means to you or how it represents your life. You may find other important points as you meditate with your creations.~

HEALING with QUANTUM CONSCIOUSNESS

The quantum is the smallest energetic component found in the universe. It also pervades the universe because it makes up everything in the universe. It is also in the space between everything. By using a focused intent, and meaning to tap into the quantum consciousness of healing on purpose, we exponentially increase the probability of successfully healing; living a longer, more prosperous, healthy, and happy life. We tap into infinite possibilities of health, wealth, joy, and peace. We tap into the wholeness of the universe, the quanta, which is the absolute consciousness that is everywhere in all things. In this sense, tapping into this wholeness becomes a quantum of inner experience that is available to each human being, a quantum experience.
Tapping into quantum intelligence for healing of ordinary, everyday problems as well as assisting recovery from illness and disaster holds unlimited possibilities and immeasurable value. We can apply the wisdom of ancient texts and centuries old oral traditions of indigenous tribes. They are repositories coded with information we can use to heal physical illness, habitual problems, and relationship issues. They can help us answer questions about spirituality and our personal relationship with the divine Creator, the source of quantum consciousness.

THE DANCE

Hypnosis is a dance. It is a dance of energy – the energy of words and sound. The energy of words is reflected in the tone, rhythm or cadence, pitch, and timber of the Hypnotherapist’s voice as well as by the particular words themselves. The energy is in the essence of the words so it is vital, whenever communicating, to have your own energy in the highest possible frequency. This is an important consideration for whenever you are dealing with the healing arts as well as other interactions.

Words are symbols. Just as the letters that make up written words are symbols that, when combined in a certain manner, create symbols of meaning for written language; spoken words are symbols of meaning conveyed through sound vibration.

If you study great orators, you will learn how they convey their ideas, feelings, thoughts, and passion into their speeches. Close your eyes and listen; really hear how great speakers put words together in a cohesive and eloquent manner. It is a symphony – a dance.

The dance begins with an introduction. “Hello, how are you?” You are introducing yourself to someone and they hear you with their subconscious. Then, you begin the energetic exchange of words, thoughts, ideas, and feelings that will elegantly translate into potential changes in behaviour, help repair mistakes in thinking, help re-create and co-create beneficial lifestyle changes, elevate mood without destructive chemicals as well as many other benefits too numerous to elaborate upon.

The more eloquent you can be in your artful dance of healing words, the stronger, more immediate, and longer lasting will be the changes for you. Your exquisite use of sound and symbols will transport you into a parallel universe of subconscious desire to co-create advantageous changes that are truly valuable for you.

Keep in mind that, each time you work with this energy, you are also influencing your own subconscious. It behooves you to consistently and perpetually revise and renew your mental language. Constantly ask the question: “How can I make this communication better? How can I dance more expressively, articulately, or persuasively with the words I use?” The answers will flow up from your subconscious mind to positively influence your behaviour and your life. You will soon become fluent in the Art of Dancing with Words.

ANIMAL ANGELS

Animal Angels

Most people are unaware of the angelic nature of animals. There are so many stories of animal pets rescuing their owners that I could never tell them all in this little blog.

Animals often perform rescue service that is not widely recorded. I have a friend whose daughter suffered from a condition similar to fibromyalgia in which she in constant pain. When my friend’s daughter came to live with her, the pain subsided. My friend’s dog, Star, began to take on the symptoms of the daughter’s condition. Her beloved Star crossed over two years later and the daughter’s symptoms and pain returned in full force, but she had a brief reprieve. These types of stories are not often reported by the general media.

There are stories of animal attacks as well. Usually, the animals are strongly influenced by the negative thoughts or unbalanced emotions of the humans around them. Animals in and of themselves are balanced and harmonious as God and nature intended.

You can tell if you are calm and relaxed inside by how animals respond to you. If you have good intentions, animal behaviour around you will reflect that. If not, you will experience disruption in an animal’s behaviour. Animals are not naturally neurotic; they pick up the emotional energy from the humans handling them.

If you want to become more balanced, harmonious, and want to see that reflection in animals around you as if you were looking in a mirror, practice following your thoughts. Replace any negative, begrudging, spiteful, or hateful thoughts about your neighbors, job, cost of living, relationships, or the government with better thoughts. You may not accomplish this all at once. And, like me, you may still have thoughts that are unworthy of you. The point is – don’t give up. Keep replacing low-frequency thoughts for thoughts that help you to feel that life is good. Know that angels are always surrounding you – the ones you can see such as animals, and the ones you cannot see such as your Guardian Angels and Guides.

Remember to thank them daily and each time every good thing happens to you. You will soon notice more good things happening more often in your life. It quickly becomes fun to count your blessings because you soon have more than you can count!

EARTH ANGELS

When you are born into this dimension, on this earth, the first thing you do is take a breath. You in-breathe life giving oxygen that is vital to your survival outside of your mother’s womb. Where do you think that comes from? Trees.

Trees are Earth Angels that, through photosynthesis – the interaction with the sun – convert the toxins dispelled from our bodies through exhaled breath into the very component that we need to survive – oxygen.

We can survive for weeks without food, for days with water, but only minutes without the life giving oxygen provided by these Earth Angels, trees.

Not only do they provide for our physical survival; they stand up tall to show us how to be emotionally stable, mentally honorable, and spiritually reaching toward heaven and all its goodness.

If humans were removed from the planet, it would only take 10 or 20 years for Mother Earth to restore herself to the pristine condition that is her divine right. Earth does not need humans; humans need their Mother Earth. And, trees are the skin and hair of Mother Earth. Trees are the Earth Angels that are the sentinels providing shelter and protection. They keep the soil/skin of the earth from eroding so that humans can grow food as well as being Wisdom Teachers for us. The Native Americans could tune-in to the knowledge of trees and plants for medicine long before the first pharmaceutical company had any thought of extracting chemicals from plants or moldy bread.

Here is a chant to honor Trees that is often sung in prayer circles:
Trees, trees, trees, all I ever dream is trees,
Pine, cedar, redwood, and hickory, let them all grow.

Native American chants are usually sung in four rounds to honor the four directions. Also, you can change the names of the trees to whatever you like such as:
Trees, trees, trees, all I ever dream is trees,
Birch, maple, poplar, and ironwood, let them all grow.

Honor the trees in your environment. Speak to them – out loud or in your heart. They have a divine intelligence and they can hear you just as clearly as your Guardian Angels or any of God’s Angels can. They will be thrilled just to have you acknowledge them. Do what you can to care for trees, perhaps just picking up any trash around them or in their branches.

They give their lives for us; there is no greater love.

WE ARE ALL TOGETHER!

The Angels want me to tell you today that we are all together. What they mean is that we are not separated. The Angels are a part of God as we all are, as all of creation is – even as a grain of sand is a part of God.

As such, we are never separated. Just as all of your fingers are part of your hand and are included in and make up your whole hand, we and the Angels are part of and within God.

The reason that we feel separate is because we have free choice in this realm. We have, over many thousands of years lost the focus of our god consciousness, focusing instead upon material things, lack, and the differences in human personalities that cause feelings of estrangement and division.

When you call upon the Angels for assistance, they respond from within you as well as from without. You know this is true because sometimes, things do not change in your environment so much, but you feel different inside. The Angels' response to your request within your being, your physical / mental / emotional / spiritual body is the Angels activating within you. Your gratitude and acknowledgement of their presence within and surrounding you will increase your consciousness of the Angels and your experiences with them will keep becoming stronger and better.

Sometimes, the Angels may show themselves in the twilight of a rising or setting sun. Look to the South (not at the sun) and bring your focus closer to you rather than looking at the far-off clouds. As you look up into the sky, bring your focus to a range of 3-4 feet from you. You may see sparkles of light darting quickly around – so fast they resemble the brief illuminations of a Fourth of July sparkler. This may be the reason the Angels are called deva (pronounced day-va in Sanskrit), which means the shining ones!

When you activate your Angelic presence within, you too, will feel joy and shining.
